Quick check

Identify check-up requirements and the scope of support

The quick check gives companies an initial professional orientation: which check-up and fitness-assessment triggers arise from the activities in the business, and which care model under DGUV Regulation 2 applies to its size. The results prepare a no-obligation enquiry and do not replace an assessment of the individual case.

Check-up and fitness finder: check-ups and fitness assessments You select your activities and receive the triggers with their references in the ArbMedVV. Answers about the company doctor (Betriebsarzt)

Short answers to the questions businesses ask most often before appointing a company doctor (Betriebsarzt).

When does a company need a company doctor?

As soon as a company has employees, occupational health support is mandatory. Up to 20 employees, simplified support under Annex 1 applies without counting hours; from 21, scope and required hours depend on sector group and headcount (DGUV Regulation 2).

How quickly can an appointment be arranged?

After your enquiry we agree the appointment directly with your fixed medical contact. Appointments take place on site or by video.

Which regions do you cover?

On site we support businesses in the Ingolstadt, Munich, Bavaria and Upper Bavaria area. Advice, instruction sessions and surveys are delivered nationwide by video.

What does a company doctor cost?

The cost depends on the agreed hours and on the type and number of check-ups. For office, retail and administrative companies with up to 30 employees we offer a package at a monthly amount. We send you a quote with the amount on request, after a short call.

Do you also help with the psychosocial risk assessment?

Yes. We carry out employee surveys, from preparation through delivery and evaluation to deriving measures.

Does the statutory accident insurer (Berufsgenossenschaft) replace the company doctor?

No. The Berufsgenossenschaft is your statutory accident insurer and, through DGUV Regulation 2, requires occupational health support, but it does not provide it. The employer appoints the company doctor (Betriebsarzt) and the safety specialist.

How does switching from our current provider work?

You terminate the existing contract on the agreed date. We take over the existing documentation, that is the risk assessment, check-up register and annual reports, and schedule the upcoming appointments so that no gap arises. We agree the start date with you.
