Also without ongoing support
Each service has a clearly defined scope and is billed as a package; every certificate is confirmed by a specialist in occupational medicine. Your employees complete safety instruction, food-hygiene instruction (§ 43 IfSG) and the screen-workstation check online at their own workplace; meetings and committee sessions take place by video.

Under DGUV Rule 100-001 (section 2.3.1), electronic instruction can cover the instruction required by § 12 Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG) if the content is aligned with the risk assessment, a final check demonstrates learning, participation is documented and questions can be put to a competent person. Workplace- and equipment-specific instruction is added by the employer on site. With us, a specialist in occupational medicine confirms every record and answers participants’ questions.
For offices, retail and administration (sector group III) basic occupational health support is available for a fixed monthly amount, graded by company size; we quote the amount on request. It includes the appointment, initial site inspection, risk assessment, advice by video appointment, deadline monitoring and the annual report.
Simplified support under Annex 1 now applies up to 20 employees instead of 10. For these businesses no required hours are calculated any more. The company doctor (Betriebsarzt) and the safety specialist support the risk assessment, with us usually in one joint appointment; after that, support follows on particular occasions. The support must be repeated after significant changes and at the latest every three years. From 21 employees, regular support under Annex 2 remains, with 2.5, 1.5 or 0.5 hours per employee and year; the company doctor and the safety specialist each take on at least 20 per cent of this. What is new is that up to one third of the support may be delivered digitally once the business is known through an initial site inspection.
Prices depend on the number of employees and the price band. You receive them in writing before you place the order, in a non-binding offer listing every item.
We offer all services with a clearly definable scope as a package, including cases in workplace reintegration management (BEM), the maternity-protection assessment and the occupational safety committee. We calculate on a time basis only those services whose scope depends on the individual case, such as site inspections outside the region, evidence files for tenders and special occupational health topics. You learn the price before you place the order.
We set up access to online services as agreed with you. Video and on-site appointments are scheduled with you. When you enquire, tell us the date by which you need the documentation.
