We set up a steering group, roles and decision-making channels that establish health as a management task.

Indicators

We record absences, check-up rate, near misses and participation rates, that is, few but reliable figures.

Annual planning

An annual calendar brings together obligations and voluntary measures.

Effectiveness

We evaluate annually and recommend which measures to expand or end.
