Training for managers

Managers decide whether health and safety is put into practice. They are the first to notice when something is wrong and carry delegated duties that matter for liability when things go wrong. The training sessions teach what managers must recognise, address and put in writing.

Scope of service

Leadership and mental health

Managers learn to recognise warning signs, to conduct conversations and to respect the limits of their role.

Addiction at work

The module covers everything from the first suspicion to the staged intervention meeting and clarifies the roles of management, works council and company doctor (Betriebsarzt).

Delegation of duties

The module shows what must be delegated in writing for the delegation to be effective, and what remains the responsibility of senior management.

Format

The training sessions take place on site, as a live webinar or as a recording for new managers. We offer the four online modules as a package.
