Mental health at work

Mental illness is among the most frequent causes of long absences. As an occupational health service we support companies in recognising strain early, opening a way back for those affected, and giving managers confidence in dealing with it.

Scope of service

Confidential consultation

Employees can contact us directly, independently of the employer and under medical confidentiality. The consultation is available as a Flat rate.

Advice for managers

We advise on how to act when there is a suspicion, on conducting conversations and on the right time to act, without managers becoming therapists.

Referral and adjustment

We point to treatment options, coordinate during workplace reintegration and advise on adjusting tasks and working hours.

Prevention

We analyse recurring patterns of strain and propose measures that address causes rather than symptoms.

How it works

01

Initial consultation

We clarify the situation, the strain and the room for action, with the company or with the person concerned.

02

Assessment

We assess medically whether measures are advisable, and which.

03

Measures

They range from adjusting tasks and coaching managers to pointing to treatment options.

04

Follow-up

An agreed follow-up ensures that measures have a lasting effect.
