Company doctor service

Your company doctor (Betriebsarzt) supports you personally, to the extent that the Occupational Safety Act and DGUV Regulation 2 provide for your business. You have a fixed medical contact who knows your business.

Check-ups, prevention and health management

Occupational health check-ups Check-ups serve the early detection and prevention of work-related health risks and range from advice to the certificate for the check-up register. Mandatory, offered and on-request check-ups → Fitness-for-duty assessments We assess whether employees can carry out their duties without danger to themselves or others, for example in driving and control tasks or where there is a risk of falling. Driving, operating and monitoring tasks → Food-hygiene instruction (§ 43 IfSG) We provide medically led food-hygiene instruction (§ 43 IfSG) for kitchens, catering and food retail, as a video appointment, on site or as a self-study module. Package → Mental health Strain, stress and burnout lead to lower performance and absence. We support you with analysis, measures and leadership behaviour. Advice and prevention → Psychosocial risk assessment We survey employees, evaluate the results by stress factor and produce a report on measures as evidence under section 5 ArbSchG. Survey and report → Workplace reintegration (BEM) In workplace reintegration management under section 167 SGB IX we conduct the meeting, draw up the phased plan and accompany the return. Return after long-term illness → Training for managers The training sessions cover mental health, dealing with addiction and the delegation of duties under section 13 ArbSchG, on site or as an interactive module. Training and interactive modules → Health promotion We derive programmes on exercise, stress management, back care and nutrition from the risk assessment and absence figures, and we review their effect.
